  • A 60-minute private session tailored to your needs

  • Gentle movement, breathwork, and somatic practices

  • A safe, non-judgmental space to reconnect with your body

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Water bottle

  • Any props you feel comfortable using (blanket, pillow, mat)
